Summer Body Well Mini Session
Join us from 7/12 - 8/7 for 4 weeks of small group HIIT workouts with a supportive group of women that will help you stay motivated and accountable this summer! These workouts are designed to give you maximum benefit, both physically and mentally.
Mini session includes access to any of our Body Boost HIIT workouts in person or virtually, goal setting, weekly nutrition and fitness challenges and an online group to connect with other women in the session.
Clients will also have access to our Body Well Summer Client Guide.
